Must watch if you or a significant other has ADHD [youtube link]

A very good, scientific presentation on YouTube by Prof. Russell Barkely, to whom I regularly refer in practice. This professor has been researching ADHD for several decades and in this lecture he helps make the transition from theory to practive for parents of children with ADHD.

Even if you are not a parent of a child with ADHD I still think it is a great lecture that maps out the multitude of difficulties one can encounter with ADHD with sufficient depth, nuance and gentleness. He then also provides concrete advice on how to try to deal with this in practice.
